During the late 1990s, Prime Sphere Group steadily built its reputation by supplying factory workers, helpers, electricians, plumbers, and machine operators to businesses in Poland and Germany. By 2002, the company had expanded operations into Portugal, Italy, and France, opening regional offices to better serve European industries that were experiencing labor shortages.

The 2005–2010 period marked a significant milestone in the company’s growth. Recognizing the global demand for manpower in hospitality, logistics, and healthcare, Prime Sphere Group diversified its services by introducing recruitment for hotel staff, caregivers, nurses, Salon, warehouse operators, and customer service professionals. This diversification allowed the company to serve not just factories and construction firms, but also hotels, hospitals, logistics companies, and retail chains.
By 2012, Prime Sphere Group had successfully entered the Nordic markets, including Norway, Finland, and Denmark, where it supplied engineers, project managers, and specialized technicians for large-scale infrastructure projects.
